the location is super convenient and the rooms r clean and neat. it's close to everything and perfect for exploring perth! the kitchen was a nice bonus for making my own meals. i also liked having free parking, even tho it was a bit tight. overall, a decent stay for the price.
the staff were pretty unfriendly and the $200 deposit hold was a pain, took too long to get back after check-out.

close proximity to CBD, Swan River walking spaces, available caretaker contact number
Limited parking spots for the number of rooms!!! The shower poorly drains, leading to puddles!!! The outdated kitchen lacked basic cleanliness and made it unfit for cooking!!!

City Waters Motel surprised me with its spacious room that included a fully equipped kitchen, making it convenient for meal preparation. The cleanliness stood out, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the friendly reception staff who were always ready to help. the parking situation was limited, making it challenging to find a spot. The outdated bathroom fixtures need some attention. the exhaust fan was dusty and the shower had poor drainage, causing puddles.

great location but dated facilities
The location was fantastic, just steps away from the river! The view of the river from my room was calming and enjoyable. The staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, enhancing my experience significantly.
The facilities seemed a bit outdated and in need of modernization.
